Treatments

For proper treatment, it is necessary that the treating therapist keeps a file. This is a legal obligation imposed by the Medical Treatment Contracts Act (WGBO). Your file contains notes about your health status and information about the examinations and treatments performed.

The file also contains information that is necessary for your treatment and, after your explicit permission, has been requested from another care provider, for example from the general practitioner.

We do our best to ensure your privacy. Among other things, this means that we:

  • handle your personal and medical details with care;
  • ensure that unauthorized persons do not have access to your data

Your therapist is the only person who has access to the data in your file.

Your therapist has a legal confidentiality obligation (professional secrecy).

The data from your file can also be used for the following purposes:

  • To inform other care providers, for example when the therapy is complete or when referring to another practitioner. This only happens with your explicit permission.
  • For use during observation, during my absence.
  • For anonymized use during peer evaluation.
  • A small part of the data from your file is used for financial administration, so that the therapist or his administrator can prepare an invoice.

If the therapist wants to make use of your data for another reason, he will first inform you and explicitly request your permission.

Privacy on the healthcare bill

The bill that you receive contains the information requested by the Health Care insurer, so that you are eligible to declare this bill.

  • Your name, address and place of residence
  • Your customer number and / or your date of birth
  • the date of treatment
  • Consult: Chinese herbal medicine 24101 / Consult Shiatsu 24102 / Consult Acupuncture 24104 / Consult Tuina 24105.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous data about visitor behavior on our website.
To give website visitors more influence over how their data is collected by Google Analytics, Google has developed the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The add-on communicates with the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) to indicate that no information about the website visit may be sent to Google Analytics. This add-on can be found here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
The Google privacy statement can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en

In addition, the website uses MonsterInsights to display anonymous data about visitor behavior on our website.
The privacy statement of Monsterinsights can be found at https://www.monsterinsights.com/privacy-policy/
